1.公募の趣旨・背景

本ポストでは、国際ネットワークの形成・拡充および留学生のウェルビーイング向上を担う教員を募集します。

6.主な業務内容
信州大学の「国際化の4本柱」(国際教育・国際研究・国際人材育成・国際発信連携)の理念に基づき、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
(1) 国際連携の構築・拡充(国際教育・国際研究)
(2) 留学生の受入・支援(国際人材育成)
(3) キャリア教育・国際人材育成(国際人材育成)
(4) 国際発信・大学広報(国際発信・連携強化)
(5) 留学生向けキャリア教育の開発に関する研究
(6) グローバル化推進センターの運営等に関する業務
7.応募資格等
高いコミュニケーション能力と国際的感覚を備え、協調性・主体性をもって業務を推進できる方で、以下の要件を満たす方。
(英語を第一言語とする方、またはそれに準じた運用能力を有する方を歓迎します。)
(1) 修士もしくは博士の学位を有する方、またはそれに相当する教育・実務経験を有し、国際交流活動や地域貢献活動に積極的な方
(2) 大学、研究機関、または企業等において国際業務の実績を有する方が望ましい
(3) 交際交流・地域連携・学生支援等の分野に高い関心を有する方
(4) 健康状態が良好で、採用決定後、2026年11月1日に必ず着任できる方
(5) 採用後に松本市又はその近郊に居住できる方

10.待遇
(1) 給与:年俸制(本学規定による)
年俸額:5,000,400円(月額:416,700円)※諸手当等込み
(2) 就業時間:専門業務型裁量労働制(みなし労働時間1日7時間45分)
(8:30~17:15(休憩時間60分)を標準とする。)
(3) 休日:原則、土曜・日曜・祝日、年末年始、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇 等
(4) 福利厚生:文部科学省共済組合加入(社会保険・雇用保険、労災保険)

Shinshu University The Center for Global Education and Collaboration Announcement for Faculty Position (International Open Call)
1.Purpose and Background of the Recruitment

This open call seeks faculty members responsible for forming and expanding international networks and improving the well-being of international students.

(5)Research on the development of career education for international students.
(6)Operations and Related Duties for the Center for Global Education and Collaboration.
7.Qualifications
We are seeking who is a first language or equivalent English speaker and who possesses high communication skills, with an international sensibility, emphasis on cooperation and teamwork, a proactive approach to work, and the following qualifications:
(1)Having a master's or doctoral degree or those with knowledge and experience relevant to the duties aforementioned.
(2)Practical experience in contracting and memorandum-related tasks in universities, research institutions, and companies.
(3)Individuals with a strong interest in areas such as international exchange, regional collaboration, and student support.
(4)Good health. Should be able to assume duties from November 1, 2026.
(5)Should be able to reside in the place of employment or its vicinity after being hired.

9.Employment Contract Period
Term-based (November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2029).
The employment shall be subject to a probationary period of initial 6 months.
10.Benefits
(1)Salary: Annual salary system based on the Shinshu University regulations.
Annual salary of 5,000,400yen (monthly salary:416,700yen) including all allowances.
(2)Working hours: Discretionary work system. Deemed working hours are 7 hours and 45 minutes per day (Standard hours: 8:30–17:15, with a 60-minute break).
(3)Holidays: Generally, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Year-end/New Year holidays, summer vacation, annual paid leave, and other types of leave are available
(4)Welfare: Employment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance, and social insurance (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Mutual Aid Association).
(5)Others: Based on the regulations of Shinshu University, a National University Corporation.

(1)First Screening: Document screening.
