１．公募の趣旨・背景
　信州大学では、水の循環利用や水由来水素エネルギーの生成・利用等、水を中心とする地球環境再生に関わる諸分野「アクア・リジェネレーション(ARG)分野」の研究力強化に取り組んでいます。また、地域中核・特色ある研究大学強化促進事業(J-PEAKS)の採択を受け、より一層の研究の卓越性・イノベーション創出・地域貢献を目指しております。令和6年3月には、研究組織として、アクア・リジェネレーション機構(ARG機構)を設置しました。
水問題が深刻な海外地域から、ニーズと将来のリーダーとなる若手人材を積極的に受け入れ、国際的な共同研究と人材育成に取り組むと同時に、研究成果の実証や世界規模の課題解決をARG機構では目標としています。また、同機構特有のアクアロジー分野の教育組織の構築も推進しています。そこで、必然的に水問題が深刻な海外地域(アジアやグローバルサウス)と密な連携が必要であり、これらを実現する総合的なシステム構築の一環として、当該地域の現状に通じた外国人教員を公募します。

次の（１）（２）を満たす方
（１）博士の学位を有する、あるいは採用予定日までに取得済みであること。
（２）学部生・大学院生の教育及び管理運営業務を英語で十分できること。日本語でのコミュニケーションもできることが望ましい。

　雇用期間：令和7年10月1日～令和10年9月30日

雇用形態：常勤
　給　　与：国立大学法人信州大学特定教職員就業規則に基づく年俸制（年俸額は、国立大学法人信州大学年俸制適用職員給与細則等に準じて学歴・経験を考慮し算定された基本給額に、期末勤勉手当額を加算して算出。個別具体的な年俸額の試算は、[13.問合せ先]にお問い合わせ下さい。）

勤 務 地：信州大学長野（工学）キャンパス（長野県長野市若里4-17-1）
就業時間：専門業務型裁量労働制。みなし労働時間1日7時間45分
（8:30～17:15（休憩時間60 分）を標準とする。）
　休日休暇：法定休日は日曜。本人の裁量により土曜、祝日に勤務は要しない。
年末年始、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇、その他の休暇制度あり。

１１．選考方法
　第一次選考（書類選考）を経て、第一次選考合格者に対して第二次選考（面接審査（面接選考及び模擬授業））を実施します。
　第一次選考「書類選考」…応募締切後に実施
　第二次選考「面接審査」…第一次選考の合格者に対して、個別に日時をお知らせします。
面接場所：原則として、オンラインで実施

The Institute for Aqua Regeneration aims to actively accept young and talented individuals from regions with critical water issues, nurturing them to become future leaders.
We are committed to international collaborative research and talent development, while also working to demonstrate research outcomes and solve global-scale problems.
Furthermore, we are promoting the creation of an educational organization in the field of Aqualogy, which is unique to our institution.
Therefore, close collaboration with regions facing critical water problems (including, but not limited to, Asia and the Global South) is essential.

6. Job Description
・ Fundamental and applied research on water, hydrogen, and related fields
・ Education at the newly established graduate school (Aqualogy)
・ Research and educational activities in overseas regions with serious water issues, etc.

7. Qualification
(1) The applicant should hold a Ph.D. Those who are projected to obtain a Ph.D. degree by the start of the employment period may apply.
(2) The applicant should be proficient in English for educational and administrative purposes. Japanese language ability preferable.

8. Period of Employment
October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2028
*The contract may be renewed upon review up to a total contract period of 10 years.

9. Work Conditions and Benefits
Employment type: Full-time, discretionary labor system. Non-tenured (fixed-term).
