● 業務内容：信州大学先鋭領域融合研究群先鋭材料研究所の研究のうち、データ駆動型AIラボにおける第一原理計算や情報科学、データ科学に関する先駆的研究。研究所で遂行している科学研究費補助金などの研究プロジェクトに参画いただくとともに、新しい分野の開拓に自律的に挑戦していただきます。工学部物質化学科の教育、管理運営に係る業務。
● 雇用条件：常勤（任期有）
・任期は3年以内
再任審査を経て更新する場合がある（ただし、通算契約期間が10年を超えない範囲まで。）
・賃金：年俸制（本学規程に基づく学歴、経験を考慮した基本給に諸手当を含む額）
・就業時間：フルタイム 8:30～17:15（休憩時間60分・裁量労働制）
・休日：日曜・祝日、年末年始、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇及びその他の休暇制度あり
・福利厚生：雇用保険、労働災害保険、社会保険加入
・研究室・研究費：あり
・その他の条件：国立大学法人信州大学特定教職員就業規則等の本学の規程による
● 応募資格
（1）博士の学位を有するか着任時までに取得見込みの方。もしくは同等以上の経験を有する方。
(2) 第一原理計算や情報科学、データ科学およびそれらの関連科学分野で研究業績をもつ方。実験研究者と協働した新材料の創製など実験科学との連携に意欲を有する方が望ましい。

ただし、コロナ禍においては在宅勤務となる可能性があります。

● 選考方法
第一次選考（書類選考）により選考された方について第二次選考（オンラインでの面談）を実施する予定です。

● 業務内容：Cutting-edge research in the field of material science with first-principles, informatics, and data-science approaches. Candidates are expected to dedicate a part of his/her effort to the ongoing project as well as to proactively pioneer a new discipline. Educational or administrative tasks related to the department of Materials Chemistry, faculty of Engineering.
● 雇用条件：Full time
・The contract is within 3 years.
There is a possibility of renewal （Not exceed the total contract period of 10 years）
・Salary：annual salary system（base salary set by the regulations of Shinshu University with ones’ education level and experiences, plus benefits.）
・Working hour：Full time 8:30～17:15（work break of 60 min・discretionary labor system）
・Holidays：Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and new-year holidays, Summer holidays, annual paid leave, other types leaves are available.

● 応募資格
（１）Ph.D. degree or equivalent to it. Those who are expected to obtain Ph.D. degree before the employment can apply.
（２）Those who have experience of first-principles, informatics, or data science studies. Those who are willing to collaborate with experimental scientists are highly welcome.

●選考方法
Those selected through the initial selection process (document screening) will undergo a second round of selection (online interview).
