１．公募の趣旨・背景
　信州大学では、水の循環利用や水由来水素エネルギーの生成・利用等、水を中心とする地球環境再生に関わる諸分野「アクア・リジェネレーション(ARG)分野」の研究力強化に取り組んでいます。また、地域中核・特色ある研究大学強化促進事業(J-PEAKS)の採択を受け、より一層の研究の卓越性・イノベーション創出・地域貢献を目指しております。令和6年3月には、研究組織として、アクア・リジェネレーション機構(ARG機構)を設置しました。当機構における研究を推進するため、教員を一般公募により募集します。
　本公募対象は、水和鉱物やヒドロゲルなど水を含む材料の機能を設計する技術開発に取り組む研究者です。有機・高分子材料、無機材料、無機有機ハイブリッド材料の合成、実験による材料特性評価や機能開発に意欲的に取り組める方の応募を歓迎します。

研究分野：主として実験による材料開発。アクア・リジェネレーション機構に所属する教員と連携して研究にあたる
教育分野：新設予定の大学院(アクアロジー)における材料化学に関連する授業を英語で実施
運営業務：アクア・リジェネレーション機構の運営業務にあたる

６．応募資格
次の（1）から（3）を満たす方
（1）博士の学位を有する、あるいは採用予定日までに取得済みであること。
（2）大学院生の教育及び管理運営業務を英語で十分にできること。
（3）国籍・性別は問わない。国際的視点に立った教育研究活動や産官等との社会連携を積極的に展開できる能力と熱意を有すること。

雇用期間：令和8年10月1日～令和11年3月31日

雇用形態：常勤
給　　与：国立大学法人信州大学特定教職員就業規則に基づく年俸制（年俸額は、国立大学法人信州大学年俸制適用職員給与細則等に準じて学歴・経験を考慮し算定された基本給額に、期末勤勉手当額を加算して算出。個別具体的な年俸額の試算は、[13.問合せ先]にお問い合わせください。）
定　　年：65歳（定年退職日：定年に達した日以後における最初の3月31日）
勤 務 地：信州大学上田キャンパス（長野県上田市常田 3-15-1）
就業時間：専門業務型裁量労働制。みなし労働時間1日7時間45分
（8:30～17:15（休憩時間60 分）を標準とする。）
休日休暇：法定休日は日曜。本人の裁量により土曜、祝日に勤務は要しない。
年末年始、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇、その他の休暇制度あり。

The Institute for Aqua Regeneration aims to actively accept young and talented individuals from regions with critical water issues, nurturing them to become future leaders.
We are committed to international collaborative research and talent development, while also working to demonstrate research outcomes and solve global-scale problems.
Furthermore, we are promoting the creation of an educational organization in the field of Aqualogy, which is unique to our institution.
This position is open to researchers who will engage in technological development for designing the functions of water-containing materials, such as hydrated minerals and hydrogels. We welcome applications from individuals who are highly motivated to undertake the synthesis, experimental characterization, and functional development of organic/polymeric materials, inorganic materials, and inorganic-organic hybrid materials.

６. Qualification
(1) The applicant must hold a doctoral degree or be expected to obtain one by the date of appointment.
(2) The applicant must be sufficiently proficient in English to carry out graduate student education as well as administrative and management duties.
(3) Nationality and gender are not factors in the selection process. The applicant must possess the ability and enthusiasm to actively promote education and research activities from an international perspective, as well as collaboration with industry, government, and other sectors of society.

October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029

８. Work Conditions and Benefits
Employment type: Full-time, discretionary labor system. Non-tenured (fixed-term).
