信州大学新型コロナウイルス感染症対策本部において、4月2日付で決定された集中対策措置に基づき、信州大学附属図書館は、全館において下記のとおり臨時休館といたします。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
Shinshu University Library will be closed temporarily based on COVID-19 measures and our services will be limited. Please check the information below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

期間　Closing period

2020年4月3日（金）～2020年5月10日（日）
From April 3rd, 2020 to　May 10th, 2020

対象図書館　Libraries to be closed

附属図書館6館（中央図書館、教育学部図書館、医学部図書館、工学部図書館、農学部図書館、繊維学部図書館）
All Shinshu University Libraries (Central, Education, Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture and Textile).

ただし、窓口等において以下の対応を行う。（平日 8:45～17:00）
Please check the limited services during the closing period as follows. (Service hours: From 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays)

臨時休館中の対応

1. 貸出中図書について　Regarding books which were borrowed

本通知時点で貸出中の図書の返却期限を、集中対策措置期間後とする（返却期限日は館により異なる）。ただし、他機関から借用中の図書については、貸出期限の延長は行わない。
If you have books which were borrowed from the University Library, you can keep them until the end of the closing period. The due date for returning books will vary depending on the library. The due date of books that are borrowed from other institutions will not be extended.

2. 図書の貸出について　How to borrow books

図書の貸出は、附属図書館ポータル（MyLibrary)・電子メール（下記）・電話（下記）により、事前に取置予約を行ったうえで、窓口で受け取る。
You can reserve a book via My Library or by email or by phone (see below). You can receive the book only at the library circulation desk.

3. 資料の返却について　How to return books

資料はブックポストに返却することとする。ただし、他機関から借用した図書については、図書館窓口で返却する。
Please return books at the "book drop" outside the library. If the book has been borrowed from other institutions, please return it at library circulation desk.

4. 雑誌の利用について　How to browse magazines

閲覧希望箇所の複写物を提供する。申込みは附属図書館ポータル（MyLibrary)で行う。
We can provide a photocopy of the part which you want to browse. Please apply via My Library, then receive the photocopy at the library circulation desk.

5. 他機関からの資料借用について　How to borrow a book from other institutions

申込みは附属図書館ポータル（MyLibrary)で行う。
Please apply via My Library, then receive the book at the library circulation desk.

6. 他機関からの複写物取寄せについて　How to get a copy from other institutions

申込みは附属図書館ポータル（MyLibrary)で行う。
Please apply via My Library, then receive the copy at the library circulation desk.

7. 購入資料の検収について　How to accept and validate a book which you purchased by yourself.

検収は図書館窓口で行う。
Please bring the purchased book to the library circulation desk.

上記1～6の図書・複写物等の受渡しは、すべて図書館窓口で行う。

オンラインで利用できる情報資源について　Information resources available online

附属図書館で契約しているオンライン図書、雑誌、データベース等の多くは、ACSU IDによる認証を利用することで、学外からも利用できます。
Most of online books, journals, databases contracted by the University Library are available online from outside campus by ACSU ID authentication.
