Outline of Chair
With the aim of the stable supply of safe and functional food, research into basic items, establishment of an efficient production technology,information-technology(IT)and improvement of management to production system and marketing.
Research Fields
This chair consists of the three fields of: Basic Science of Food Resource Production, which researches the physiology and ecology of animals, plants and microorganisms; Production of Food Resources, which researches information transfer and heredity among animals and plants; and Production Systems for Food Resources, which researches management, economics and other aspects of controlling and farming animals and plants.
