◆ Application Procedure
1. Nomination (Deadline: March 27)
Each Partner University is asked to submit the nomination sheet via e-mail by March 27, 2024. Nomination results will be announced in mid-April.

2. Submit Application Documents (Deadline: April 26)
Each Partner University is asked to receive and check the following documents from the student and submit them via e-mail by April 26, 2024.
◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package:EXCEL / PDF
◇ Academic Transcript
◇ Copy of Passport
◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency(if available)
◇ Facial photo.(jpeg file, size: 600pixel (height) x 450pixel (width))
3. COE application procedures through the online system
Details will be emailed to the applicant and each partner university. Financial supporter's bank statement or certificate of scholarship receipt in English or Japanese will be required.
4. Sending Letter of Acceptance and Information
Shinshu University will notify each partner university of the results in early June 2024 and issue a Letter of Acceptance, and proceed with visa-related documents and housing arrangements.
