◆ Application Procedure

1. Each Partner University is asked to do a nomination by October 14,2022.
  Then we will contact each partner university after the nomination.
Please submit the following application documents to the Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) at Shinshu University via e-mail by November 2.


 ◇ Nomination Sheet:EXCEL
 ◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package:EXCEL / PDF
 ◇ Academic Transcript
 ◇ Copy of Passport
 ◇ Financial Supporter's Certificate of Bank Deposit
 ◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency(if available)
 ◇ Information sheet for applying a Certificate of Eligibility (COE): EXCEL
 ◇ Facial photo.

2. GEC will notify each partner school of the results by the end of December 2022, issue a Letter of Acceptance, and proceed with visa-related documents and housing arrangements.
