◆ Application Procedure

1. Nomination (Deadline: September 23)
Each Partner University is asked to submit the nomination sheet via e-mail by September 23, 2024. Nomination results will be announced in mid-October.                                                                         

 ◇ Nomination Sheet:EXCEL

2. Submit Application Documents (Deadline: October 31)

Each Partner University is asked to receive and check the following documents from the student and submit them via e-mail by October 31, 2024.

 ◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package:EXCEL / PDF
 ◇ Academic Transcript
 ◇ Evidence of Japanese Language Proficiency(if available)
 ◇ Copy of Passport
 ◇ Facial photo.(jpeg file, size: 600pixel (height) x 450pixel (width))  
 ◇ Financial supporter's Certificate of Bank Statement or Certificate of Scholarship(In English or Japanese)


3. COE application procedures through the online system                                                                           
Details will be emailed to the applicant and each partner university.

4. Sending Letter of Acceptance and Information                                                                                   
Shinshu University will notify each partner university of the results in early December 2024 and issue a Letter of Acceptance, and proceed with visa-related documents and housing arrangements.
