  • Electromagnetic actuators, electromagnetic sensors, wireless power transmission
  • High efficiency electrical energy technology to support a sustainable energy use society
  • High quality crystals for low-loss power devices which are necessary for SDGs and carbon-neutral goals
  • Development of power systems and electronic devices for next-generation mobility (EVs, lectric aircraft, etc.)
  • Miniturization and efficiency improvement of power supply circuits and advanced sensors through analog integrated circuits design
  • R & D of advanced compound-semiconductor materials and novel devices
  • R & D of advanced nano- and optoelectronics- materials for light emitting devices and energy harvesting devices
