法医学

概要

法医学とは、法律上の案件について医学的判断をくだすことによって社会貢献に寄与する学問で、長野県内における司法解剖とそれに伴う各種検査が中心的業務となります。特に、本教室では個人識別技術と法中毒分析技術を発展すべく研究を行っています。

研究テーマ

DNA型分析を用いた個人識別は、大規模災害やテロ事件における被害者の身元確認手段として大変有効である。また、「死因究明等推進基本法」が施行され、新たな死因究明制度が始まり、死因究明のための薬毒物検査法の確立が急務である。本教室では、個人識別に有用なDNA多型、各種クロマトグラフィーと質量分析を利用した法中毒分析技術について研究し、法医鑑定業務への応用を通じて、社会的貢献を目指しています。
