[Notification] Presentation of Research by Students in Doctoral Program in 2009

Dear Students in Doctoral Program and Advisors,

We will hold a "Presentation of Research in 2009" by the students in the Doctoral Program.
Please see the date, time, and presentation procedure mentioned below and prepare for
the presentation.

Your presentation will be one of critical criteria for an evaluation of your research achievement;
therefore, it will affect your financial support from G-COE in 2009.
All students in the doctoral program (G-COE program) are expected to deliver the presentation.

We will inform details (program) at a later date.

Please confirm date, time and others as follows:

Date: Tuesday, March 17, 2009
Time: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (planned schedule)
Presenter: All doctoral students in the "International Fiber Engineering Course"in 2008
(Excluding students who are expecting to complete the doctoral course by the end of Academic Year 2008)
How to carry out: Oral Presentation in English by using PowerPoint
Time limit: Presentation (10 minutes), Q&A (5 minutes)
Content to be presented: Research achievement and research plan

* The theme of your presentation should be the same one as you put in the "Application for Research"
sheet you submitted to G-COE office.
