日本以外でCOVID-19ワクチンを接種した方向け

ファイザー社、モデルナ社、アストラゼネカ社以外のCOVID-19ワクチンを接種した皆さんへ

本人の希望があれば、医師との相談の上で、日本で承認されているワクチンを打つことができます。
接種を希望する場合は、医師から安全かどうかについて（交互接種に係る安全性との科学的知見がないことを）説明し、みなさんが接種をしたいと意思を示すことが必要です。
希望する方は長野県のHPから申し込んでください。

接種できる日・場所は　きまっています。
長野県では、1回目の接種を12月までにしなければなりません。

For those who received the COVID-19 vaccine outside of Japan
To everyone who has been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine other than Pfizer, Modena, and AstraZeneca

If you wish, you are now allowed to have the vaccine approved in Japan with informed consent at vaccination venue.

The number of days and places where you can get vaccinated is limited.
In Nagano Prefecture, the first dose of the vaccine must be administered by December.

The doctor must explain that there is no scientific knowledge on the safety of alternate vaccinations, and the person must consent to the vaccination.
In some cases, vaccination may not be approved as a result of medical examination.
