1. Nomination (Deadline: September 25)
Each Partner University is asked to submit the nomination sheet via e-mail by September 25, 2023.

Nomination results will be announced in mid-October.

2. Submit Application Documents (Deadline: October 31)
Each Partner University is asked to receive and check the following documents from the student and submit them via e-mail by October 31, 2023.

　◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package:EXCEL / PDF
　◇ Academic Transcript
　◇ Copy of Passport
　◇ Financial Supporter's Certificate of Bank Deposit
　◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency（if available）
　◇ Information sheet for applying a Certificate of Eligibility (COE): EXCEL
　◇ Facial photo.(jpeg file, size: 600pixel (height) x 450pixel (width))

3. Shinshu University Center for Global Education and Collaboration will notify each Partner University of the results by early December 2023, issue a Letter of Acceptance, and proceed with visa-related documents and housing arrangements.
