◆ Application Procedure

1. Each Partner University is asked to do a nomination by October 15th 2020, using the nomination sheet attched to our notification e-mail.Then, we will contact each partner university after the nomination. Please follow the instractions, collect the following application documents and send them to Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) by November 12th.

◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package: EXCEL / PDF
◇ Academic Transcript
◇ 4 Photos (40mmx30mm)
◇ Copy of Passport
◇ Certificate of Bank Statement
◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency

2. GEC will process the received documents and then notify each partner university of results (scheduled to be in late December, 2020). And begin preparing for the students' arrival (visa documents, accommodation arrangements, etc.).
