◆ Application Procedure

1. Each Partner University is asked to do a nomination by April 15th 2021, using the nomination sheet attched to the our notification
e-mail. Then we will contact each partner university after the nomination.Please follow the instractions, collect the following application
documents and send them to Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) by May 14th.


◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package: EXCEL / PDF
◇ Academic Transcript
◇ 4 Photos (40mmx30mm)
◇ Copy of Passport
◇ Certificate of Bank Deposit
◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency

2. GEC will process the received documents and then notify each partner university of results (scheduled to be in late June, 2020). And begin preparing for the students' arrival (visa documents, accommodation arrangements, etc.).
