◆ Application Procedure

1. Each Partner University is asked to send the following documents to Shinshu University Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC) during the application period, April 1 to April 30, 2020.

◇ Exchange Student Program Application Package: EXCEL / PDF
◇ Academic Transcript
◇ 4 Photos (40mmx30mm)
◇ Copy of Passport
◇ Certificate of Bank Deposit
◇ Evidence of Language Proficiency

2. GEC will process the received documents and then notify each partner university of results (scheduled to be in late June, 2020). And begin preparing for the students' arrival (visa documents, accommodation arrangements, etc.).
