On October 2, 2025, Shinshu University's ARG and the Faculty of Science and Technology, Tokyo University of Science, held an opening ceremony for the "Shinshu University/Tokyo University of Science Joint Office" at the Tokyo University of Science Noda Campus.

The "Shinshu University/Tokyo University of Science Joint Office" was established within Building 22 (Space System Research Center) on the Tokyo University of Science Noda Campus, based on the "Memorandum of Understanding concerning the Establishment of the Shinshu University/Tokyo University of Science Joint Office" signed on May 30, 2025.

Through the establishment of this office, the two universities aim to promote advanced water-related research based on synergy across multiple fields and to create the necessary science and technology for the realization of global regeneration related to water, or "Aqua Regeneration."
