Successful applicants of Oct 2016 Admissions must pay the admission fee and submit necessary documents during the admission procedures period below. They can submit them in person or by EMS.

If a successful applicant will complete a master's course of Shinshu University in Sep 2016 and will subsequently enroll in the doctoral course, he/she does not need to pay the admission fee.
If a successful applicant is a Japanese Government Scholarship Student, he/she does not need to pay the admission fee and tuition fee.


1. Admission Procedures Period
From Sep 8 to Sep 16, 2016 inclusive

2. Hours of Acceptance
Drop-off hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays only.
Mailed submission must arrive by Sep 16, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
