Successful applicants of Apr 2015 Admissions must pay the admission fee and submit necessary documents during the admission procedures period below. They can submit them in person or by EMS.

If a successful applicant will complete a master?s course of Shinshu University in March 2015 and will subsequently enroll in a doctoral course, he/she does not need to pay the admission fee.
If a successful applicant is a Japanese Government Scholarship Student, he/she does not need to pay the admission fee and tuition fee.


1. Admission Procedures Period
From March 5 to March 13, 2015 inclusive

2. Hours of Acceptance
Drop-off hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays only.
Mailed submission must arrive by March 13, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.

Attention: Graduate School Office has moved back to the 1st floor of the South Building of School of General Education because the earthquake-resistant reinforcement has finished. If you bring documents for admission procedures in person, please be careful. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Attention: Entry to Matsumoto campus of Shinshu University is limitted on March 12 due to entrance examination for undergraduate courses. However those who want to submit documents for admission procedures in person on March 12 can enter with an escort of Admission Office's staff. Please tell your purpose of entry to staff at the front gate or the north gate. They will call Admission Office's staff.
