Lifespan Health Sciences Division consists of the following three departments:
1. The Department of Child and Women’s Health Science: provides education and research regarding various problems of pregnancy, childbirth, and child care.
2. The Department of Adult Health Science: offers education and carries out research relating to the prophylaxis of lifestyle-related diseases, in addition to the prevention and rehabilitation of sports disorders and lesions afflicting youths, young adults, and middle-aged persons.
3. The Department of Geriatric Health Science: is primarily concerned with the prevention of diseases and medical disorders afflicting aged people, and how to produce a better quality of life for them.
