On October 20, 2025, four faculty members from the College of Education, California State University, Sacramento (CSUS)--one of our partner institutions under the Inter-University Project --visited our Matsumoto Campus for a talk event that brought together our students and the faculty members from CSUS for in-person and online exchange.
At the beginning of the event, Professor Brian Lim, Department Chair, Teaching Credentials at CSUS, gave a presentation introducing the university and its programs using slides. He also shared a special video produced for this visit, featuring scenes from past exchange activities between the two universities in Sacramento, which delighted the audience.
Following the presentation, a Q&A session was held for our students. Students interested in studying at CSUS asked questions about topics such as Sacramento's climate, campus life (including dormitories and meals), study abroad expenses, available courses, and credit transfer, and so on. The visiting faculty members responded thoughtfully to each question.
Students who had visited CSUS this summer, those planning to study there next year, and American exchange students currently studying at our university also took part, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the event.
