Course Description

A healthy university life in Shinshu, which is renowned as a prefecture for longevity, will significantly impact your academic performance and life after graduation. The transition to university often involves major lifestyle changes, such as living alone for the first time, making it easier for previous habits to change. Therefore, university students must actively practice self-health management.
This course is aimed at teaching students the basic health knowledge required to live a healthy university and social life, learn and understand information about the mind and body, and acquire the ability to apply it.
Furthermore, in each lecture, instructors shall draw on their practical experience as a "public health nurse" or "certified psychologist" in their instruction.
