Guidance Given to 2019 Fall New International Students

 Shinshu University held introductory briefings on September 18th to welcome 52 international students from all over the world. The students are currently studying Japanese language and culture on the Shinshu University Exchange Students Program.

 The Center for Global Education and Collaboration's professors and staff welcomed all the newcomers and provided essential guidance about life and studying at Shinshu University, including information about Japanese Language Courses and Center for Health, Safety and Environmental management. The new students also learned about traffic safety and were given contact information for emergencies.

 The newly arrived international students from the U.S.A., Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Brazil and Cuba are excited to be embarking on their new life at Shinshu University, though perhaps also a little anxious.
