Celebrating "Tanabata", Star Festival
On July 7th, Japanese celebrate Tanabata, also known as the Star Festival.
Legend says that once a year during the Star Festival, lover gods in the sky separated by the MilkyWay are reunited. Your wish too is granted by tying to a branch of the bamboo wishtree. The bamboo wishtree in front of he Global Education Center was decorated with many international students' wishes, such as achievement of their goals, healthy and peaceful life. We believe in wishes being granted.
