QE（Qualifying Examination)

On August 24, 2016, six of second year students took QE (Qualifying Examination) which is equivalant to the entrance examination for the doctoral program.
Each student gave a 20-minute long presentation to show their research developments and future plans in the doctoral program, and answered questions from the screening committee afterwards. The Q & A session was conducted in Japanese for the international students to evaluate their Japanese proficiency.
For the students who weren't qualified for this examination, the second chance will be given on October 24, 2016.
