International Assessment

On December 1, we held an International Assessment for the Shinshu University Leading Program. The committee members are Prof. Harold Freeman (North Carolina State University, USA), Prof. Thomas Rosenau (University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, Austria), and Prof. John Xin (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China).
The assessment was based on the Self-evaluation Report of this Program which reviewed "Program structures," "Educational content and methods," and "Educational quality assurance system."
The assessment will be written as a report and open to public.

In addition, the days before and after, the committee members gave advice to students such as the important things for advancing research work and how significant it is to be open to the outside world for their life.
It was a wonderful and fulfilling opportunity for the students.
