分野の概要

組織発生学講座(臓器工学)はES細胞を用いた臓器創生と臨床応用に自らの人生をかけようとする集団の形成と育成を目指す。

研究テーマ

  1. マウス、サル、ヒトES細胞の分化誘導
  2. ES細胞由来分化細胞の細胞生物学的解析
  3. ES細胞由来分化細胞の移植
  4. ES細胞の臨床応用のための基盤的研究(凍結法、培地開発、大量培養法、奇形腫形成抑制、拒絶抑制、培養のオート化)
  5. ES細胞由来分化細胞を用いた生体物質創製技術開発
  6. iPS細胞の細胞生物学的研究
  7. 肝-膵臓間の分化転換に関する研究
  8. PcG/trxGに焦点を当てた細胞形質の維持機構の研究
