【お知らせ】FT/IR ご利用の皆様へ Notice: For FT/IR Users
過日お知らせ差し上げた液体窒素提供の廃止に加え、FT/IR の利用手順を下記のとおり一部変更・補足させていただきます
In addition to the discontinuation of providing liquid nitrogen as announced previously, we would like to make some changes and additions to the rules for using FT/IR as follows.
■FT/IR 予約方法 / How to reserve FT/IR
①ATR を希望する場合

予約区分で「通常予約」を選択

備考に利用者の氏名と使用する試料・測定するものを記載（「ATR 希望」と記載する必要はなし）

ATR 利用時間は平日 9:00 - 20:00（従来は 9:30 - 15:30）
②顕微など ATR を利用しない場合
-
予約区分で「技術サポート予約」を選択

備考に利用者の氏名と顕微など利用目的、使用する試料・測定するもの、「サポート希望」と記載

技術サポート員のいずれか1行をクリックし（名前のリンクはクリックしない）「一覧から選択」をクリックして指定
※「技術サポート予約」であっても、初回講習以外は有償となります

ATR 以外の利用時間は平日 9:00 - 17:00（従来は 9:00 - 20:00）
1.When you use ATR

Select "Normal Reservation" for Reservation section.

Enter your name, the sample to be used or measured in "Memo" (it is not necessary to mention that you want to use ATR).

ATR is available from 9:00 to 20:00 on weekdays (previously 9:30 to 15:30).
2.When you use anything but ATR, such as microscopes

Select "Technical support" for Reservation section.

Enter your name, purpose of use (e.g., microscopy), samples to be used or measured in "Memo", also write that you need technical support.

Click one of the list of Support user (do not click the link of the name), and click the "一覧から選択" button to specify the technical support staff.
* Even if it is a "Technical support" reservation, normal fee will be charged except for the first training session.

Available from 9:00 to 17:00 (previously 9:00 - 20:00) except for ATR use.
■顕微赤外KBr プレートの利用実績入力（SimpRent 予約）/ Inputting KBr plates usage (SimpRent reservations)
利用実績の SimpRent への入力漏れが目立ちます
従来、機器担当者がフォローしておりましたが、今後は利用者の責任において、利用後に必ず利用枚数の実績を SimpRent で予約してください
機器ID は UK15-1 です
We have noticed that users have tendency of missing inputting the number of KBr plates you used into SimpRent.
The equipment administrator used to follow up on this case, but from now on, make sure to reserve the actual number of plates you used at SimpRent after use in your own responsibility.
Equipment ID is UK15-1.
■液体窒素の購入・搬入・注入 / Purchase, delivery, and injection of liquid nitrogen
顕微利用の場合のみ、液体窒素 1kg を研究室でご購入の上、利用者にて搬入・注入いただきます
For microscopic use only, users are required to purchase 1 kg of liquid nitrogen at the laboratory, bring it in, and inject it themselves.
