To further strengthen our partnership with one of our partner universities in the U.S., California State University, Sacramento, a short-term exchange program was conducted by our Center for Global Education and Collaboration from June 7 to 21, 2025.
An article covering the students' hands-on experiences during the program was published online in the Ina Keizai Shimbun (Ina Economic Newspaper) on June 23. The program offered participants opportunities to engage with local culture, including rice planting and mochi making, while learning about food and environmental practices in Nagano Prefecture.
