Course Description
This course consists of two parts: an omnibus-style segment taught by faculty members from the Center for Global Education and Collaboration (GEC), which promotes the university’s internationalization, and a segment of intercultural collaborative learning involving interaction with international students and/or students from overseas universities. In the first part, experienced GEC faculty members with extensive international backgrounds present topics that connect global issues to students’ own learning and future careers. In the second part, students experience working together across linguistic and cultural differences, learning to turn those differences into strengths as they collaborate to tackle various challenges.
