Course Description

This course is an Intercultural Collaborative Learning Cours in which domestic and international students learn together through collaboration. The language of instruction is Japanese. The instructor mainly provides basic knowledge and reference materials, while placing strong emphasis on active learning through frequent group work and discussions among students. The first half of the course focuses on the Malay Peninsula, while the second half explores the Middle East (including parts of Europe). In addition, guest speakers with practical experience in the field will be invited to give talks that offer valuable insights related to the final assignments of each unit.
