Course Description
In this class, students learn about life plans, which are essential for understanding life insurance. They also study various risks that we face in the era of the 100-year lifespan, along with social security system, insurance products, and asset formation, among other topics. In addition, the class includes lectures by guest speakers (Nagano business practitioners, government officials, etc.) and the examination and discussion of issues in regional communities from various angles. (This is an endowed-course set up by the Life Insurance Association of Japan (LIAJ). The class will be delivered by a life insurance practitioner.)
