Course Description
This course involves frequent group work which will require students (including international students) to exchange views and work on tasks together. Students will learn about globalization policies implemented by companies and local governments in Nagano Prefecture as well as related experience in the field. This is a basic course that provides students with opportunities, knowledge, and ways of thinking to envision their own global glocal careers.

Class 14: Thinking about the abilities necessary to adapt to the global-glocal environment
Class 15: General discussion, group presentations on "What are glocal human resources?”, and course survey (15 minutes)
