Shinshu University currently prohibits unnecessary and unurgent travel to countries which are categorized "Ministry of Foreign Affairs Infectious Disease Danger Information" Level 2 or higher. If you travel abroad due to unavoidable reason, you must notify it (including transit points) to your faculty by submitting "Temporary Return/Departure Notification" at least two weeks in advance.
