Instruction for Poster Presentation
- A panel width 90cm x length 210cm will be provided for each poster as following example.
- Poster number will be prepared by secretariat.
- Title and authors name are requested to prepare by each presenter.
- Pins for display will be provided at each poster panel.
- Presentation and Discussion time: 10 min. for each poster presentation. (6 min. for the short summary, 4 min. for the discussion with chairman).
Please aware that the presentation must be no longer than 5 min and in English.
- Place: Banquet Mediano (2nd floor), Hotel Buena Vista in Matsumoto
- Schdule:
Poster Attachmen: 8:00AM~10:00AM, October 28th
Poster Presentation & Discussion: 11:15AM~12:15PM, October 28th
Poster Removal: 2:00PM~3:00PM, October 28th
Poster will be removed by secretariat and keep it at registration desk after 4:00 PM
