Shinshu University and Matsumoto Junior High School Attached to the Faculty of Education of Shinshu University have conducted a research lesson for the first-grade "Integrated Studies" course at the junior high school. This initiative aims to support students as they engage with their individual research topics and deepen their "inquiry."
Five researchers from Shinshu University participated as lecturers. Among them, two introduced the "Aqua-Regeneration" project, which is part of the J-PEAKS program. By contemplating the future of the global environment with "water" as a starting point, this session provided an opportunity for the students to broaden their own thinking.
