Shinshu University has been selected as the Program for Forming Japan’s Peak Research Universities and is working to address social challenges faced by both local communities and the global society through the collective strength of its academic knowledge.
At the Matsumoto Campus Open Campus event in the summer of 2025, the university introduced its flagship Aqua Regeneration research project to visitors, including high school students.
