2025年10月31日(金)、Marc Van den Bosch氏（ベルギー電力・ガス事業者連盟(Belgian Federation of Electricity and Gas Companies)、ゼネラルマネージャー）、およびLieva Van Langenhove教授（ベルギー・ゲント大学）をお招きし、特別講演会“The 2025 Faculty of Textile Science and Technology Special Lectures — Co-hosted by IFES (the 6th and 7th in the IFES special lecture series) and AREC — Featuring Distinguished Speakers from the Energy Sector and Academia”が開催されました（主催：信州大学繊維学部、共催：信州大学繊維科学研究所、AREC）。
