In collaboration with Japanese companies inside and outside Nagano Prefecture, overseas companies, and local authorities, the center provides career development support to all students, including those in their first and second year. This both improves students’ career awareness and boosts their motivation to study.During the job-hunting season, the center holds orientation sessions and events at every stage to give students the information and knowledge they need to find the right kind of employment opportunity.
