The following divisions have been established to provide the latest and most appropriate treatment for each patient, as well as detailed support tailored to the patient's life stage and environment.・Division of Medical Oncology - Medical oncologists and outpatient treatment rooms・Division of Palliative Medicine - Palliative care team and palliative care outpatient clinic・Division of Cancer Care Support - Cancer Consultation・ Division of Cancer Information - Cancer registry (hospital-based cancer registry and national cancer registry) and cancer information ■ 先端心臓血管病センター Advanced Cardiovascular Center 平成17年に循環器内科、心臓血管外科、小児科循環器の各部門が協力して心臓血管疾患の国際的な水準をリードする診療・教育・研究を提供するために先端心臓血管病センター（ACVC）が設立されました。東3階病棟と先端心臓血管病センター外来を中心に、高度救命救急センター・胸痛センター・手術部・集中治療部、脳卒中・心臓病等総合支援センターと連携して活動しています。 成人期を迎えた先天性心疾患の患者さんが適切な医療を受けられることを目的に、平成25年に先端心臓血管病センター内に「成人先天性心疾患センター」を開設しています。平成27年には植込型補助人工心臓の施設認定を受け重症心不全患者さんに対し実施し現在実績を積み重ねつつあります。また令和5年より埋込型補助人工心臓による長期在宅補助人工心臓治療（Destination Therapy）の実施施設にも認定されました。 高齢化社会を迎えて増加する心臓血管疾患に対し、長野県の循環器診療のコアセンターとして地域と密着して最先端の診療を実践します。The Advanced Cardiovascular Center (ACVC) was established in 2000 to provide an international level of medical care, education and research with the collaboration of cardiovascular medicine, cardiovascular surgery and pediatrics. We are working in East 3 Ward and ACVC outpatient clinic in cooperation with the Advanced Emergency & Critical Care Center, Chest Pain Center, Surgery Center, Intensive Care Unit and Comprehensive Support Center for Stroke and Heart Disease. The Adult Congenital Heart Disease Center (ACHC) was opened in our center in 2013 to ensure that patients with congenital heart disease who have reached adulthood receive appropriate medical care. We introduced implantable ventricular assist device in 2015 for patients with end stage heart failure. In addition, from 2023, we have been certified as a facility to provide long-term home assisted artificial heart therapy (Destination Therapy) using an implantable artificial heart.
