Vascular Access Surgery・IgG4-RD: autoimmune pancreatitis, IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis, etc.・Pancreas: pancreatic cancer, acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, etc.・Biliary tract: sclerosing cholangitis, cholangiocarcinoma, etc.・Endoscopic procedures: endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography IgG4-RD and especially pancreatobiliary disorders require accurate and promptdifferentiation from malignancies since pancreatobiliary cancers are highly lethal.Endoscopic procedures in the pancreatobiliary field are complicated and require highskill. Our goal is the overall improvement of pancreatobiliary disease.Pancreatic cancer is now the fourth-leading cause of cancer-related death. In mostcases, the cause of disease is unknown. The pancreatobiliary field is very important inclinical research.• Basic research for lipid metabolism in kidney disease• Research for CKD-mineral bone disorder• Mechanism of cardiovascular disease in CKD and development of new biomarker• Research for the efficacy of newly blood purification therapies Patient newly requiring dialysis therapy is about 40,000 per year. The presenttreatment option for renal disease is not enough. We can improve therapies by ourresearches. Moreover,the prognosis in patients undergoingdialysis therapy is also our mission.Trainees can acquire the knowledge ofinternal medicine, pathology, skills ofinterventional nephrology, and research method. Moreover, you can master thespecific field that you are interested in.and endoscopic ultrasonography-related techniques.the improvement ofIgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a systemic condition characterized byhigh serum IgG4 concentration and IgG4-bearing plasma cell infiltration inaffected organs. We have reported the hallmark features of IgG4-RD to bethe ability to involve multiple organs eithersystemic organ involvement,simultaneously or in a metachronous fashion, imaging findings of swelling,nodules, and/or increased organ wall thickness, and a generally favorableresponse to glucocorticoid therapy.Outlook for students after graduationRenal dysfunction or urinary protein is a risk factor that develops into renalfailure, even if it is mild.
