09A-08証明書の発行Issue of Certificate 在学証明書、健康診断証明書、成績証明書や成績通知書の発行ができます。証明書発行機を利用する場合は、学生証もしくは学籍番号およびパスワードが必要です。（一部発行できない証明書もあります。窓口に申し出てください。）You can issue certificates of enrolment, health certificates, academic transcripts and grade reports using the machine. To use this service, you need your student ID card or student ID number and password. (Some certificates cannot be issued by the machine, so please contact the person in charge.)A-09 休学・復学Leave of Absence / Return to School 大学を休学・復学する際には手続きが必要ですので、各学部の留学生担当に知らせてください。休学中は留学の在留資格が原則的に無効となりますので、復学時には多くの手続きが必要です。できるだけ早く、そして密に、学部の留学生担当者と連絡を取りましょう。When you take a leave of absence or return to the university, there are procedures to follow, so please inform the International Student Affairs.There are many procedures to follow when you return to study at the university, since your status of residence as a foreign student becomes invalid while you are on a leave of absence. Therefore, please contact the International Student Affairs as soon as possible.A-10学生の懲戒Student Disciplinary Action 本学の規則に違反し、または学生としての本分に反する行為は、懲戒（退学・停学・訓告）の対象となります。懲戒処分を受けた場合、進級・卒業が遅れるなど不利益を被る場合があります。Students who violate the rules and regulations of the university or behave inappropriately as a student of Shinshu University will be subject to disciplinary action (expulsion, suspension, warning). If you receive disciplinary action, it will affect your promotion and time of graduation.A-11卒業・修了後After Graduation / Completion 卒業・終了後も皆さんとつながりを持ちたいです。卒業・修了時に修了者データベースを出してください。Shinshu University would like to keep in touch with all of you after your graduation or completion. Please register on a graduates database when you graduate or complete your studies.
