WaterEnvironment & WaterEnvironment & WaterEnvironment & WaterEnvironment & Mylaboratoryhasbeenpromotingfundamentalstudiesrelatedtostrengthanddeformationcharacteristicsofsoil.Toestablishmeasuresforwaterqualityinenclosedwaterareas,weareconductingandverificationdecontaminationtechnologyofgroundcontaminatedbyradioactivematerialsarealsoconducted.Theseprojectsarecarriedoutinconjunctionwithmanyprivatefirmsintheformofjointresearch.indoorfieldexperiments.DevelopmentFortheeffectiveuseofthelimitedwaterresources,itisstronglyrequiredtodevelopthetechnologiesofwastewatertreatmentandwatertreatment.Ontheotherhands,waterenvironment(lakes,reservoirs,andrivers)playanimportantroleasthesourceofdrinkingwater,aswellasthesinkofwastewaterdischarge.Inotherwords,thewaterenvironmentisalsoessentialforenrichingourlives.Inourlaboratory,wewillmaketheeffortforcreatingthesysteminwhichwaterenvironmentconservationandthebenefitsofwatertreatmentcanhaveasynergisticeffect.theproperconservationandmanagementofDiversestudiesareconductedforelucidationoffundamentalsoilmechanics,aswellassurveysandimprovementofgroundenvironment.Inadditiontodisasterpreventionandenvironmentalpreservation,researchresultinginconstructionofalunarbase,planetaryexploration,andconstructionofunderseatownarepromoted.Inthelaboratory,studentsareworkingonexperimentsrelatedtothesetasks.Graduatesareworkingingovernmentagenciesandlocalgovernmentengagedincityplanningandconstructiondisastercompaniesfirmsengagedinimprovementofsocialcapital,andatresearchinstitutionsanduniversitiesaftergraduateschool.preventionmeasures,environmentalandPreservationofwaterenvironmentisessentialforpreparingforthefutureaswellasenrichingourqualityofisbecausetheclimatethewaterenvironmentchangeissueswillaffectinvariouswaysinthefuture.Inourlaboratory,wewilldevelopthe“only-one”technologyintheworldandwillapplytoestablishthesocietyforovercomingthoseproblems.life.ItTheseriesoftasksinvolvedinundergraduate/masterthesis(planning,surveyandexperiment,analysis,andwritingthethesis)requiresagreattheexperienceanddealofenergy.However,senseaccomplishmentfromworkinghardandmakingmucheffortswillsurelybecomeanassettothestudents.ofinvestigations,ofexperiments,atresearchcomesthatReconstruction after Great Eastern Japan Earthquake using a cavity structure is proposed.Sampling of bottom sediments in enclosed water areas (Suwa Lake), surveys of strength of lake bottom ground and density log.Water sampling and in situ measurements are carried out in lake survey.SuwaLake watershed.Takeo UmezakiProfessor2014Professor1995AssociateProfessor,Kazuhiro KomatsuProfessor2021-.
