51 「心臓血管病から市民を守る」をスローガンに、平成20年9月、高度救命救急センター内に「胸痛センター」が開設されました。胸痛を訴える患者さんを24時間体制で循環器内科医が迅速に診断・治療するシステムで、国立大学病院では初めての試みです。胸痛は急性心筋梗塞のほか、大動脈解離、肺塞栓など、生命に直結する原因である可能性があり、早急な専門医の診察が不可欠です。このため、市民の皆さんが気軽に受診できる「胸痛センター」を目指しています。胸痛を訴える患者さんは、自分で来院された方も救急車で搬送された方も、軽症、重症の区別なく、24時間体制で受け入れ、最高レベルの医療をご提供します。The Chest Pain Center was established in September 2008. Chest pain may be caused by serious cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocar dial infarction, aortic dissection, or pulmonary embolism. The Chest Pain Center provides fast, state-of-the –art treatment to prevent heart at tacks. A highly skilled team with advanced knowledge in the management of heart attacks provides rapid therapy to all our chest pain patients. ■ 胸痛センター Chest Pain Center胸痛センター第4血管造影室胸痛センターシンボルマーク 当院NSTの目的は、栄養療法を必要とする患者に対し栄養療法の選択・実施・評価を行い、患者の生活の質を高めて医療レベルの向上を図ることです。 当院NSTは中央NSTと部署NSTから構成されています。中央NSTの主な活動は、①NSTカンファレンス（部署NSTから挙げられた難渋症例を中心に栄養アセスメントとプランニングを行う）、②NST回診（カンファレンス内容に基づき中央NSTスタッフが回診）、③評価に基づき助言（症例に対し適切な栄養管理上のアドバイスを行う）、④栄養情報を提供する、事です。 部署NSTの活動は、①担当部署（病棟）患者の栄養状態を把握し、定期的に部署内で検討と情報共有を行う、②栄養改善に難渋する症例について中央NSTに相談、③その結果を主治医に提言しています。 中央NSTと部署NSTで連携を取りながら、治療に役立つ栄養療法の提案を行っていきます。The purpose of our NST (Nutrition Support Team) is to select, implement, and assess nutrition therapies for patients who require them, in order to improve their quality of life, and raise the level of medical care.Our NST is composed of Central NST and Department NSTs. The main activities of the central NST are (1) NST conferences: conducting nutritional assessment and planning mainly on difficult cases raised by each department NSTs ; (2) NST rounds: making rounds by Central NST staff based on the contents of the conference; (3) advice based on assessment: providing appropriate nutritional management advice for each case; and (4) providing nutritional information. The activities of department NSTs are (1) monitoring the nutritional status of patients in their departments (wards) in charge, and regularly examining and sharing information within the department; (2) consulting with central NST on cases where there are difficulties in improving nutrition; and (3) suggesting the results to the attending physicians.Central NST and department NSTs work together to propose nutritional therapies that are useful for treatment. ■ 栄養サポートチーム（NST） Nutrition Support Team中央NSTラウンド風景中央NSTカンファレンス風景
