46 平成20年10月1日、長野県における「肝疾患診療連携拠点病院」の指定を受け、ウイルス肝炎についての「肝疾患診療相談センター」が開設されました。本センターでは、ウイルス肝炎の患者さん、ご家族、医療関係者からの相談を受付、専門医がこれに回答しています。その他、「長野県肝炎診療ネットワーク」の運営事務局としての活動もしています。このネットワークは、各地域の患者さんへ、ウイルス肝炎診療における良質かつ適切な医療を提供するためのものです。毎年行っている肝炎医療従事者等研修会では、長野県内から多くの医療従事者の方々にご参加頂いております。また、患者さんの治療を円滑に行える様に「肝炎パスポート」作成し、病診連携の推進を行っています。Clinical Center for Viral Hepatitis was founded in October 1, 2008 as we are appointed as District Headquarters for Liver Related Disease Collaborative Clinics of Nagano Prefecture. We are dedicate to promote the prevention and control of viral hepatitis, and we are committed to offer the programs for all people, including the patients with hepatitis, personnel with hepatitis positive, their families, and anyone in the medical field.This center is also actively involved in the development and implementation of Liver Related Disease Clinics Network of Nagano Prefecture. This network is to ensure providing quality and adequate treatment as well as credible health information to the general public. We have held the training association such as the hepatitis medics every year. In this training association, a lot of medics participate Nagano inside a prefecture. Moreover, we have used "Hepatitis passport" because we can treat smoothly of the patient. Because this passport uses it, promotion of the hepatitis diagnosis and treatment network is aimed at. ■ 肝疾患診療相談センター Clinical Center for Viral Hepatitis肝炎医療従事者等研修会の様子 毎年約400名の医療関係者の皆様にご参加頂いております肝炎パスポート 長野県内の専門医療機関、かかりつけ医のみなさんに配布しております肝炎診療ネットワークイメージ図 平成21年6月に難病訪問診療センターが開設され、平成23年4月には難病診療センターとして再スタートしました。 これまで「長野県難病医療ネットワーク推進事業」における拠点病院として、県内の医療機関等と連携し、難病医療ネットワークの整備と難病患者さんの安定した療養生活の確保を図る役割を担ってきました。令和2年1月1日には「難病診療連携拠点病院」に指定され、難病患者さんが早期に正しい診断が受けられ、適切な医療を受けることができる体制づくりを進めています。 さらに、長野県難病相談支援センターと協力し、難病相談、患者会支援、就労支援、コミュニケーション支援など難病患者さんの日常生活の支援にも携わっています。 また平成25年4月1日には長野県における難病医療の向上のため、鹿教湯病院に鹿教湯病院医療教育センターを設置しました。The “House Call Center for Intractable Disease” was first established at Shinshu University Hospital in June 2009 and later restarted as the “Intractable Disease Care Center” in April 2011. The Center and its related medical institutions maintain the “Intractable Disease Medical Network” in Nagano Prefecture to ensure a stable life and adequate medical treatment for all patients with an intractable disease. On January 1st, 2020, our hospital was designated a “Intractable Diseases Collaborative Core Hospital”, for which we have developed systems to provide appropriate measures for our patients. We participate in supporting the daily lives of patients in cooperation with the “Nagano Prefecture Intractable Disease Consultation and Support Center”. We also established the “Kakeyu Hospital Medical Education Center” in the Kakeyu-Misaiyama Rehabilitation Center at Kakeyu Hospital on April 1st, 2013, to promote intractable disease medical service in Nagano Prefecture. ■ 難病診療センター Intractable Disease Care Center難病診療センターパンフレット
