45 信州大学医学部附属病院は、国内3例目の生体肝移植、世界初の成人生体肝移植、国内初の脳死肝移植をそれぞれ成功に導き、また、造血幹細胞移植（骨髄移植、臍帯血移植）、腎移植においても実績を重ねてきておリます。 当センターは、信州大学医学部附属病院の移植医療の窓口として、臓器提供者と患者様および御家族のケア、移植に関する広報活動、移植医療に関わるスタッフの育成などを行うことを目的として、平成18年7月に設置されました。それぞれの移植担当医をはじめとする各診療科間と連絡を取リながら、円滑な移植医療の推進を行っています。Shinshu University Hospital has achieved satisfactory results in the field of living donor liver transplantation, cadaveric liver transplantation, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and also in kidney transplantation. This center was established in July 2006 for the purpose of patients and family care, disseminating information about transplantation, and making transplantation special staffs. We are promoting the transplantation, cooperating with the specialists in each field of the transplantation. ■ 移植医療センター Transplantation Center移植医療の広報活動無菌室での造血骨髄細胞移植肝移植の手術風景腎移植の手術風景１）入院患者の栄養管理を行っています。２）患者の栄養学的治療・指導を行っています。 令和２年度は個別指導3,309件、集団指導は、糖尿病教室10件を行いました。３）給食委託業務の指導・監督を行っています。４）各種臨床栄養に関する研究を行っています。５）学生、研修生に対する教育、指導を行っています。６）地域住民に対する啓発活動を行っています。７）栄養サポートチーム（NST）との連携を密にし、情報の交換をしています。1）Nutrition management for inpatients.2）Nutrition care and education for patients.
