41 血液浄化療法部では、慢性および急性血液浄化療法、具体的には、血液透析、腹膜透析（CAPD）、血漿交換、血漿吸着、持続的腎代替療法（CRRT）、エンドトキシン吸着、直接血液吸着、腹水ろ過濃縮再静注法などが施行されています。対象疾患は、腎不全、肝不全、自己免疫疾患、高脂血症、潰瘍性大腸炎、敗血症、多臓器不全など多岐にわたります。主に入院患者が対象です。Department of blood purification performs various type of blood purification therapies including hemodialysis, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, continuous hemodiafiltration, plasma exchange, immune absorption, plasma adsorption, granulocyte apheresis, endotoxin absorption and cell-free and concentrated ascites reinfusion therapy.
