18 感染制御室 / 感染対策チーム（ICT）/ 抗菌薬適正使用支援チーム（AST）は次のような業務を行っています。1）医療関連感染サーベイランスの実施2）感染対策に関する啓発および職員研修の実施3）抗菌薬適正使用のための支援4）感染防止のためのガイドライン/マニュアルの整備5）アウトブレイクが発生した場合の調査と感染対策6）職員・患者に対する感染対策についての広報7）地域医療機関との医療関連感染対策の連携Infection control room / infection control team / Antimicrobial Stewardship Team is doing the work, such as the following.1）Implementation of healthcare-associated infection surveillance2）Implementation of awareness and training on infection control for medical staffs3）Development of guidelines / manual for the prevention of healthcare-associated infection4）Support of antimicrobial proper use5）Investigation and control in the case of outbreak occurs6）Public relations about infection control to medical staffs and patients7）Coordination of healthcare-associated infection control with local medical institutions ICTは医師、薬剤師、検査技師、看護師、事務職員などのさまざまな職種で構成されています。ICTメンバーは、毎週全病棟をラウンドし、感染症患者や耐性菌の発生状況を把握し、感染管理、抗菌薬使用などの助言をしています。また、その他の部署にも環境ラウンドを実施しています。職員研修はすべての病院スタッフ対象に多くの研修を行っています。サーベイランスは、耐性菌サーベイランス、血液体液曝露サーベイランス、中心ライン関連血流感染サーベイランス、人工呼吸器関連肺炎サーベイランスなどを実施しています。ICT has been configured in a variety of occupations, such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians, and clerical staffs. ICT members do the round the whole ward every week to understand the occurrence of infectious disease patients and multiple-drug resistant organisms and to advice to medical staffs such as infection management and antibiotic use. In addition, we do also the environmental round to other departments. Staff trainings have done many times.
