Currently, he is the Vice-President of Shinshu University in charge of international affairs, as well as the director of Global Education Center.He has put great effort into global education and international academic exchange with universities and research centers abroad.Shinshu Univ. has signed the agreement for academic cooperation and exchange with INRIA, which is the most prestigious research institute in France.
